Ensure all lender conditions are met Order Docs & ensure broker pricing is accurate Ensure loans fund and record Minimum Requirements Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Software (Encompass, Point, Pipeline, Genesis) Strong understanding of DU / LP process Strong understanding of core lender web site processes Customer Service Oriented Team Player Strong Organizational Skills Able to systematically work a customer service / marketing program Ability to systematically work a referral system Strong understanding of various loan products (Prime, Sub-Prime, Government sponsored) - ability to assist the Loan Officer / Assistant in structuring the deal.
