Job Responsibilities
- Open & coordinate Title / Escrow
- Order Appraisal
- Order payoff amounts
- Order VOD's, VOR's, VOM's, and VOE's.
- Ensure all lender conditions are met
- Order Docs & ensure broker pricing is accurate
- Ensure loans fund and record
Minimum Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Loan Origination Software (Encompass, Point, Pipeline, Genesis)
- Strong understanding of DU / LP process
- Strong understanding of core lender web site processes
- Customer Service Oriented
- Team Player
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Able to systematically work a customer service / marketing program
- Ability to systematically work a referral system
- Strong understanding of various loan products (Prime, Sub-Prime, Government sponsored) - ability to assist the Loan Officer / Assistant in structuring the deal.
